Congratulations to the following individuals who were selected as Student of the Month. These students were chosen by the faculty because of their outstanding character, respect for others, Christian attitude and active involvement in the community of Seton-La Salle.

Name: Bella Martino

Grade: 9

Were you surprised by either your nomination, or win?:

Yes because I didn’t know student of the month was a thing until they announced it.

Which extracurricular activities or sports are you involved in, here at SLS?:

I run Cross country, the fall drama, junior achievement, campus ministry, and I student tutor.

What’s your advice for other aspiring students of the month?:

Work hard in your classes and use your time to serve the Seton LaSalle community.

What is your favorite subject, or class?:

Biology

What’s your favorite thing about fall?:

Baking fall treats

 

Name: Juliana Gahr

Were you surprised by either your nomination, or win?

Yes and no, I received it last year but it was still a nice surprise

Which extracurricular activities or sports are you involved in, here at SLS?

Cross country, lacrosse, fall drama, stage crew, trebels, forensics, rebels for life.

What’s your advice for other aspiring students of the month?

Work hard, love what you do, do everything to the best of your abilities and always keep god in you mind

Religion

What’s your favorite thing about fall?

The beauty of the season.

“I’m involved in football, rebels for life and drone club.”

What’s your advice for other aspiring students of the month?

“Always be respectful to your teachers.”

Computer Science

Yes, because there are a lot of good people to choose from in the school.

Which extracurricular activities or sports are you involved in, here at SLS?

Student council, volleyball, swimming, environmental club, morning announcements.

What’s your advice for other aspiring students of the month?

Work hard and keep your eye on the goal.

What is your favorite subject, or class? My favorite subject this year is AP Spanish.

What’s your favorite thing about fall?:

I’m a fan of Halloween, I look forward to it.
