Hosanna 2014 is an event to celebrate faith in young people that will take place on Palm Sunday, April 13th, at Stage AE, and will last from 12:15 pm to 6:30 pm. The event is focused on students between grades 7 and 12 and will correlate with World Youth Day.
Hosanna will feature many speakers such as Steve Angrisano who delivers his message through music and stories. He has taken part in six previous World Youth Days, and is excited to take part in Pittsburgh’s Hosanna.
Bishop David Zubik will also be at Hosanna 2014 to help celebrate life and faith by bringing young people together to celebrate their faith with one another. Bishop Zubik says that The Church is alive and young, so this year’s event should be a day to reflect on God’s love for us outside of a classroom setting, and to have fun while doing so.
Hosanna 2014 is expected to be a fun day of prayer and celebration. This year’s focus will be on the Gospel of Matthew, and will reveal how God is real and active in all of our lives.
